Long-term, strategic work on the development of Campus Flemingsberg, where world-leading research, healthcare and enterprise are conducted in a unique setting, sees Huddinge municipality helping to facilitate the ongoing positive development of life science in Stockholm-Uppsala.

The Flemingsberg Science Foundation carries out cluster development and wide-ranging triple helix collaboration, including active collaboration in the Stockholm-Uppsala cluster on aspects such as advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP). The work being done to enable greater collaboration between the research infrastructures in Flemingsberg and the region’s SMEs is also worth noting. Extensive housing development in and around the campus area will enable continued growth.
